The MX-101 Series Pulse Heated Soldering machine are design for easy operations and high accuracy. Process control is make simple through the use ofadvance hardware and state-of-the-art software control. With up to 8 stages of user programmable heating and cooling profiles, sophisticated bonding processes can be easily setup. Using remote data setting and monitoring, production lot data tracking can be implemented easily.
